Hi everyone I am Josh. I started my RCT life when the first game out playing it all the time. I used to come home from parks and build the park I had been to but I would never get further than the entrance. I'd use the park map and always have fun. I found the RCT Community in 2002 however I only visited maybe once a month and downloaded recreations of parks because I never finished them myself. I joined rctspace, rctdepot and rctcompetition in 2002 but didn't really start being involved in the community until late 2004 when I made my first post at rctspace.

2005 is the year where a lot happened for me, so many incidents and I was not so well behaved then but things changed. I would play loads of different parks but would never get further than a year or two in to the game. Early 2005 is when I started being active at NE after their april fools prank it got me interested. In late 2005 I joined rctmiracles which was a great dutch site at the time. I became pretty active on there more active than anywhere before. In fact it was the first rct site I reached 1000 posts on. However it was short lived as the site closed. Also around that time I was playing rct3 and was good at it.

2006 saw the loss of rctmiracles but it also saw a new era for me. This is the year I joined rct-guide and became active there and it's now my favourite rct site. Once again it is a dutch site so not even I understand what I like so much. RCTStop was around as well so things just flowed on. I'd have to say that 2007 was my favourite year mainly because this is the year when I actually completed my first park and it is probably my proudest moment. It was only 40x40 and it only took about 9 days but it was my first. After this point I have been able to be more dedicated to my parks, actually finishing them rather than scrapping them. In June 2007 I started JEP(JJ's Earth Project, or yes in dutch). I'm still carying on with it now so I am really surprised. 2007 also saw me develop rctmodified and release it. It was not so much of hit on the first release but after the update there seemed to be more interest. I have now completed 5 parks to date. 2008 looks to be a good year, expect more releases from me this year as I have found a new dedication to the game that I never had before.

This was my first ever completed park and because of that it is my favourite so far. If I hadn't completed this park I don't think I would be as serious about the game as now. It's only 40x40 and I worked really hard on it completing it in 9 days.

Dorkon Mines
This was an entry for a BTCC at RCTStop it was my first completed park in RCT2 however as you can tell it was kind of rushed near the end. It was also my first park using rctmodified. This doesn't show well the possibilites of the tool but it did make the making of the map more fun otherwise I would have had to place every single black tile which I could not afford to do when the map was so huge.

Galaxy
This was my losing entry for the Micro Madness contest at NE. It was just a crazy random idea, I wanted to have fun and use lots of colour. I had a tough choice to make, send in a weaker entry as I am not sure of the competition or send in my better entry. I stupidly sent in this one and lost. No surprised there, I really regret that now. Either way I had fun making this little thing and really enjoy the bright colours and craziness. Although I do admit there is a bit too much foliage and little scenery pieces.

Twitches
Twitches was the entry that I didn't send in for Micro Madness . I feel it is much better and it saw my squeeze a large invert on to such a small map. I had fun trying to fit it in. The theming idea was based on the movie Twitches. I had been watching The Disney Channel Earlier and Twitches Too so just felt inspired and went with it.

Festivities
This was my entry for Happy Holidays at rctspace. I wanted to enter but didn't have much time so this was a late entry and also a little rushed. It's not my favourite of my parks but it's a park the least. I value all my completed works no matter what as it means I'm dedicated enough to actually finish a park for once.
